Hi, I’m Polly
Founder of The Inner Space and fellow midlife woman who once lived entirely in her head.
For years, I powered through life with a smile — but underneath, I was constantly bracing, snappy, restless, mentally overloaded, and always “on.”
A busy mind was my default. I never really paid attention to what was going on inside — I didn’t have time. I thought feeling wired, tired and snappy was just part of being a 'successful' woman with a full life.
Until it caught up with me during midlife and menopause.
That’s when I discovered the power of the breath, the nervous system, and the science of how we come back to ourselves. It changed everything.
Now, I help other midlife women do the same — not by escaping their lives, but by meeting them differently.
The Inner Space was born from my belief that midlife women deserve tools that work — practical, powerful, and rooted in science — to help them feel calm, clear and connected, right in the middle of real life.
I want you to know:
You don’t need fixing.
You don’t need to push harder.
You need a new way to meet yourself.
