Who am I and why am I the one to support you?


I'm Polly... 


I have a relentless passion for wellness – you only have to take one look at my bookshelves and podcast listening hours to see what a wellness geek I am, not to mention the wide range of mind-body wellness practices I’m trained in. And I absolutely cannot wait to support you on your journey to well-being during perimenopause.

Nowadays I’m a confident, energetic and very happy Health and Wellness Coach, podcaster and mum of 3.  And I have to say that I’ve never felt better or enjoyed life more!

But it wasn’t always that way. 

In my early 40s I felt like I was failing at life, dragging myself through each day and letting down everyone including myself. 

It resulted in me leaving my job as a teacher because quite frankly I felt like I was drowning.  

I’ve been where you are.  I know all too well what it’s like to feel lost and alone and like a stranger in my own skin…

…but I also know how it feels to regain control of my mind and body and to live the most vibrant version of my life yet.
