I’ve been where you are. From my time in PR to becoming an educator and entrepreneur, I’ve always chased success with relentless drive. But I also know what it’s like to wake up already exhausted, battle through endless to-do lists, and lie awake at 3am worrying about what didn’t get done.

When the passion that once fuelled you starts to feel like pressure, it’s easy to wonder if the hard work is worth it, when it's costing you your peace of mind. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others avoid these pitfalls.
