A little more about me...
I'm a Perimenopause Health Coach. I'm obsessed with helping women take charge of their health and discover their sparkly self again at a time when their hormones are changing due to perimenopause.
I know how incredibly busy women are during their perimenopausal years so I make it as easy as possible for them to know how best to manage their symptoms, and then I fully support them to follow through to achieve their goals. I want women feeling like themselves again and to be excited for the next phase of their life.
I am a certified Health and Life Coach, an accredited mindfulness and meditation teacher and a perimenopause expert. Helping other women take charge of their health and reawaken their love for life is the best job in the world!
