I'm Polly, and I help busy midlife women regulate their nervous systems, restore healthy breathing patterns, and reconnect with themselves — so they can meet life with more calm, clarity, energy, and ease. 

I blend the best of mind body techniques with practicality—no fluff, just proven techniques for real results (although I do love a bit of ‘woo-woo’!)

As a former PR professional turned educator and entrepreneur and a mum of 3 kids and 1 dog, I've experienced success and burnout.

Despite achievements, I struggled with a mind flooded with negative thoughts, mood swings, and a sense of unfulfillment.

Through breathwork and mindfulness techniques, and a consistent morning practice, I learned to regulate my nervous system, take control of my busy mind and align with my values. This has allowed me to achieve more without sacrificing my wellbeing, whilst also finding a newfound sense of calm and joy.

Now, I blend mind-body practices into powerful experiences to help others achiwve their goals in a way that feels good, and that doesn't let their busy minds and outdated beliefs hold them back.
