How much time is involved?
You’ll have a small number of short videos to watch in your own time plus a weekly call which will last approximately 60-90 minutes. You’ll also have a small number of tasks to complete each week which are designed to be super simple and easy to implement.
What if I can't make the weekly call?
Not a problem although I encourage everyone to attend as many calls as they can because these are where you’ll get the most support and inspiration. However, each week the call will be recorded so that you can watch it in your own time.
I can't really afford it. Do you do discounts?
I offer a discounted early bird price and I also offer a payment plan of 3 instalments to spread the cost. However, I will say that this is an opportunity to invest in yourself, your health, and your future you – all of which are priceless! By investing in these things, you are much more likely to follow through, achieve your goals AND save money and time in the future.
Can you guarantee that my perimenopause symptoms will go away?
No, I can’t, as much as I would love that! What I can guarantee though is that I will do everything I can to ensure you have the tools to help yourself but ultimately this is up to how much you put into it. I am pretty confident that you will leave this programme feeling positive, energised, and totally in control of your peri symptoms if you are prepared to do the work. However, if you are looking for a magic pill rather than being prepared to make some changes, then this programme isn’t for you.
What if it doesn’t work?
I truly believe that if you follow my guidance, you will feel significantly better than you do right now. I will also work with you to see if there are any limiting beliefs which are holding you back. If there is still no change by the end of the programme and you have done the work, then it may be worth contacting your GP to see if there could be something else going on.
